Common Questions

When and where can you train me?

Our personalized training services are structured to accommodate even the busiest schedules. We offer flexible training times and session lengths along with at our studio, in your home/a park or online sessions to ensure every client gets the attention they deserve, allowing you to reach your goals without sacrificing your daily routine.

What to expect during my first session

The first session is completely free.
This is a time for me to get to know you, understand your reason for wanting to train, what you enjoy doing, your experience and how well you move. It's also a time for you to see if you like my way of training and whether you think it will suit you going forward.

We will discuss your goals and motivations for training and there will be an assessment of your current fitness, so we will do a light workout to allow me to create a plan tailored for you.

How often should I train?

This is completely up to you, some people prefer to train multiple times a week, for some people it's bi-weekly or even less for a check in. We'll work to find a rhythm that fits your lifestyle and keeps you progressing

Do I need to be in shape before starting?

Absolutely not! Whether you have never exercised before or whether you're a seasoned pro, all workouts and plans are completely individualised to your fitness levels and goals.

Can I bring my kids?

We know finding time to train when you're balancing childcare can be difficult, please get it touch to discuss how we can support you training with your children, we have a number of options available

Do you offer nutrition advice?

Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving fitness and wellness goals. We can provide advice and support on making healthier food choices helping you fuel your workouts and optimize results.

Do you take card? 

Currently we only take cash or bank transfer
