From one-on-one sessions to classes, we’re here to make movement a positive part of your life. Because fitness shouldn’t be exclusive—it should be for everyone. And yes, it should be fun too!
About Me
My name is Helen Lourie
I'm a fully qualified personal trainer and a working mum of two with a lifelong passion for fitness. In my younger years, I was constantly chasing performance—running marathons, training for triathlons, competing in field hockey and always aiming to beat my personal best. But life changed after kids. I experienced what it’s like to lose fitness, gain weight during pregnancy, and struggle to find time for myself.
I’ve lived both ends of the fitness spectrum—from peak conditioning to starting over—and that journey has shaped the way I train and support others today. I understand how challenging it can be to juggle family, work, and self-care and how challenging striving for a personal best is. More importantly, I know how powerful exercise can be—not just for physical health, but for mental well-being too.
Now, I help others find realistic, sustainable ways to feel strong, confident, and energized—no matter what stage of life they're in.
